Celebrating their 60th anniversary, the legendary Irish balladeers have announced a Cork date for this summer as part of their Farewell Tour.
The band, who announced their retirement plans late last year, are set to play in Virgin Media Park on Saturday, June 29.
Tickets for what is likely be their final concert in the Rebel County will go on sale Friday, February 2 and are expected to play to a sold-out Cork crowd.

In November of 2023, the Irish folk and rebel music group announced their plans to retire after 60 years of performing together.
The band decided to "go out on a high" after their final string of shows which will see them return to Cork, followed by a night in the SSE Arena in Belfast and two shows at Dublin's 3Arena next October.
Singer Tommy Byrne said: "I never thought that we would go on so long. It’s been absolutely amazing, but I’m 80 next year and I think that would be a good time to stop."
The decision to retire was a unanimous decision alongside bandmates Brian Warfield and Noel Nagle, with Bryne saying:
"I brought this motion to Brian and Noel, and they agreed. To go out on a high like this would be a great tribute to the band."
The news of their retirement came shortly after the trio broke records by attracting the largest crowds to ever attend an Electric Arena gig in the festival's history last September.
Tickets for the Cork show will go on sale this Friday at 9am from Ticketmaster.
